Your application data (name, email, phone, education, specialization, resume) is shared only with the employer for the specific job you applied to. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Airtable as our data provider, which complies with SOC 2 and GDPR standards. Access to applicant data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention

Application data is retained for up to 12 months after the job listing expires. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
